I don’t know exactly but I’m guessing she’s refering to people who do whatever they can to be famous. Heidi and Spencer being prime examples. They do absolutely nothing but pose for tacky ridiculous pictures all over Hollywood and unfortunately it works. Their pictures are posted and comment boards are dedicated to the shots. They don’t care that no one can stand them and people wish they’d drop off the face of the earth. It’s about publicity, even if it’s negative.
